Prior to joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Dan Brecher was the head of the Securities and Investment Banking Department of a 250 lawyer Manhattan firm and ran his own boutique securities and investment banking law firm in Manhattan. Mr. Brecher’s experience ranges from general counsel of New York Stock Exchange and NASD/FINRA member brokerage firms to representing public and private companies in securities offerings and advising institutional and high net worth investors. He is currently Counsel at Scarinci Hollenbeck, Chair of the firm’s Investment Banking practice and chief editor of Business Law News.

Victor chairs the business law group and the strategic planning committee. He also runs the annual partner retreat. Victor’s practice centers around real estate and commercial leasing. Victor was President of The Prospect Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Travelers Insurance Company, and took that company from $0 investment in development to over $1 Billion in three years. During this time, The Prospect Company was the ninth largest developer in the United States.

Fred chairs the Intellectual Property group and the law firm budget committee and he co chairs the business law group. He has extensive experience in stock asset and LLC interest purchase and sale agreements and all areas of business law. Fred also prosecutes trademarks before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and manages prosecution of foreign trademark applications.

William Baker concentrates his practice in the area of environmental law, including environmental regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, environmental litigation, environmental due diligence and environmental counseling. He has represented and counseled a variety of private and public sector clients with a wide range of environmental compliance needs, spanning from property owners and redevelopers dealing with site remediation-related legal obligations and technical requirements to State and federal environmental permitting for off-shore dredging operations.

Tony is the Chair of the Firm’s Sports and Entertainment Law Group. He also has a wide variety of experience in corporate and commercial transactions. As a sports and entertainment attorney he has represented NFL, MLB and NBA players as well as musicians, artists and performers.

Mr. Dias has extensive experience representing private and public sector clients from the perspective of management on a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including claims under State and Federal laws pertaining to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, employee leaves, disability, wage and hour violations, charges of unfair labor practices, restrictive covenants and employee terminations and disciplinary actions.

Donald M. Pepe

Prior to joining the firm, Don was Division General Counsel of the Nation’s largest residential real estate developer, wherein he reported directly to the Division President. His responsibilities included management of the approvals department, including: targeting acquisitions, land purchase negotiations, managing and evaluating due diligence, representing corporate interests before local, state and federal approval authorities, and securing land use and administrative approvals.

He was recently selected by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to serve on one of the four teams created as part of NJDEP’s current reform of the Site Remediation process begun under the Site Remediation Reform Act of 2009. John was named to Digital Press International’s “The Ten Leaders in Environmental Law in New Jersey” list for 2003-2004.
