Victor chairs the business law group and the strategic planning committee. He also runs the annual partner retreat. Victor’s practice centers around real estate and commercial leasing. Victor was President of The Prospect Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Travelers Insurance Company, and took that company from $0 investment in development to over $1 Billion in three years. During this time, The Prospect Company was the ninth largest developer in the United States.
Fred D. Zemel

Fred chairs the Intellectual Property group and the law firm budget committee and he co chairs the business law group. He has extensive experience in stock asset and LLC interest purchase and sale agreements and all areas of business law. Fred also prosecutes trademarks before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and manages prosecution of foreign trademark applications.
William A. Baker
William Baker concentrates his practice in the area of environmental law, including environmental regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, environmental litigation, environmental due diligence and environmental counseling. He has represented and counseled a variety of private and public sector clients with a wide range of environmental compliance needs, spanning from property owners and redevelopers dealing with site remediation-related legal obligations and technical requirements to State and federal environmental permitting for off-shore dredging operations.
Anthony R. Caruso
Tony is the Chair of the Firm’s Sports and Entertainment Law Group. He also has a wide variety of experience in corporate and commercial transactions. As a sports and entertainment attorney he has represented NFL, MLB and NBA players as well as musicians, artists and performers.

Charles H. Friedrich specializes in corporate and commercial law.
